Whereas by Indenture dated 13th October 1856 between:-
- William Dowdeswell
- Sir Christopher William Bethell Codrington bart
- said Thomas Weaver and said Benjamin Thomas Moore
The messuage and outbuildings hereinafter described was conveyed to Thomas Weaver and Benjamin Thomas Moore forever
And Whereas - Thomas Weaver and Benjamin Thomas Moore sold by auction at “The Anchor” on 20th October last [1856] and said Thomas Davis was highest bidder – for £150
