1866: Indenture dated 3rd March 1866 between:-

  1. Benjamin Thomas Moore of Tewkesbury auctioneer
  2. Eliza Annie Moore of Tewkesbury spinster

Whereas by Indenture dated 7th January 1857 between:-

  1. Thomas Davis
  2. Thomas Weaver

A Messuage and Land was granted to Thomas Davis for £150 by Thomas Weaver and reciting that Thomas Weaver died 22nd September 1864 having made Will dated 9th June 1864 and appointed Benjamin Thomas Moore sole executor. Will proved 20th October 1864 in Gloucester and £150 principal is still due but all interest paid -

And Whereas Benjamin Thomas Moore requires £150 for executorship the said Eliza Annie Moore hath agreed to pay upon having transfer of mortgage of £150 to her.

In same document:-

1870: Indenture dated 21st January 1870 between:-

  1. Eliza Annie Moore
  2. Charles Dowswell of Tewkesbury, hairdresser

Whereas principal £150 now due – but all interest paid up – and Whereas said Charles Dowswell has agreed to pay Eliza Annie Moore said £150 – This indenture witnesseth the transfer of mortgage to Charles Dowswell
