Indenture dated 7th January 1857 between:-

  1. Thomas Davis of Tewkesbury, cooper
  2. Thomas Weaver of Tewkesbury, auctioneer

Thomas Davis requested an advance of £150 with interest by way of a mortgage and for £150

Thomas Davis confirms unto Thomas Weaver –

ALL THAT MESSUAGE with outbuildings and piece of land adjoining – situate in High Street on South East side now in the possession of Thomas Davis – bounded on North East by messuage the property of and in occupation of Joseph Smith – and on the South West by messuage late in occupation of John Pennell – and on the South East by a messuage and premises in occupation of James Paling.
