Final Agreement in Court of Westminster on morrow of All Souls in 46th year of reign of George III. Between:-

  1. Henry Welling plaintiff
  2. Thomas Pensam and Mary his wife deforciants

of 2 Messuages; 2 Malthouses; 2 Stables; 2 Gardens and common of Pasture in Tewkesbury 

Thomas Pensam and wife Mary have quitclaimed to Henry Welling forever and for this he hath paid them £120

  • George III ascended to throne 25th October 1760 - 46th year is: 25th Oct 1806 to 24th Oct 1807-
  • All Souls Day is November 1st so morrow of All Souls is November 2nd
