  2. Richard Insoll of Tewkesbury yeoman – eldest son of Daniel Insoll deceased
  3. John Fluck of Tewkesbury innholder
  4. Samuel Harward of Tewkesbury stationer

WHEREAS by Indenture dated 17th June 1772 etc – (reciting before indentures)

AND WHEREAS Richard Insoll did not discharge the £80 + interest and premises in law have become absolute

AND WHEREAS there is now owing to John Nash £110 and Richard Insoll hath agreed that said John Fluck shall pay John Nash £80 out of the purchase money and the residue of 1000 years shall be assigned by John Nash to Samuel Harward in trust to await the inheritance

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that £80 (part of the £110) consideration money paid by John Fluck
