This Indenture dated 7th August 1867 made between:

  1. W. Winterbotham of Tewkesbury gentleman
  2. John Frost of Tewkesbury schoolmaster

Whereas by Indenture dated 23rd July 1867 between

  1. Alfred Robert Tustin
  2. William Green
  3. William Winterbotham

All that Messuage or Tenement or Dwelling House situated in Tewkesbury on the North West of the High Street in the successive occupations of William Gardner/ Richard Heath/ John Pritchard/ Carew Noxon and then late of Charles Dowswell and now of Alfred Robert Tustin having 
A Messuage or Tenement formerly of Mr Cooper in the occupation of John Frost then of Mary Bassett then of [blank] and then of Levi Clifton on South West
And A Messuage or Tenement formerly of Thomas Holland in occupation of Richard Waters then of William Townsend then of Thomas Weaver and occupied by [blank] on the North West
Which said Messuage to be granted were in the year 1836 bought by one James Bennett with the Appurtenances and was by said William Green granted and by said Alfred Robert Tustin directed limited and appointed to use of said William Winterbotham and his assigns forever

And Whereas said William Winterbotham hath contracted for sale to said John Frost the Messuage or Tenement or Dwelling House for £205

Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for £205 paid to said William Winterbotham by said John Frost the said William Winterbotham hath granted – All and singular the Messuage or Tenement and other hereditaments described in the hereinbefore recited Indenture of 23rd July 1867

To hold said Messuage or Tenement and premises to the use of said John Frost
