This is the last Will and Testament of me James Bennett of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester bookseller
Hereby revoking all my former testamentary dispositions
I do give and devise all and singular my real and personal estates whatsoever unto my son Charles James Bennett his heirs executors and administrators absolutely and forever
But as to all Estates vested in me upon any trusts or by way of mortgage – the same are to be held by my said son upon the trusts and subject to the equities affecting such trust and mortgage estates respectively

And I appoint my said son Charles James Bennett sole executor of this my Will as witness my hand this 22nd October 1853

Proved Canterbury 1st March 1856 by Charles James Bennett sole executor
