  1. William Causon of Tewkesbury victualler
  2. George Watson of Tewkesbury bleacher
Witness that for £150 to said William Causon paid by George Watson (receipt acknowledged) – He the said William Causon hath granted

All that Messuage or Tenement  with the out offices and appurtenances formerly in possession of Kenelm Bubb his tenant or undertenant since of William Webb, Mary Webb, John Haslem successively late of Ann Screen widow deceased and now unoccupied situate lying and being in Barton Street Tewkesbury between a Messuage or Tenement heretofore of John Lyes since of John Cresswell and [blank] Parkes successively and now of John Spurrier on one side and a Messuage or Tenement heretofore in possession of John Wilkinson since of John Warner and now of [blank] Woodward on the other

Together with all the appurtenances

To have and to hold to George Watson and his heirs for 1000 years paying unto said William Causon the yearly rent of one peppercorn if legally demanded

Proviso for redemption if £150 with interest at 5% is fully paid

Covenant for George Watson to keep premises insured against loss by fire in sum of £150 at least Covenant for George Watson to sell in default of payment
