Receipt for Legacy

I the undersigned James Screen of Sedgley in the County of Stafford box maker, do hereby acknowledge to have this day had and received of and from Anne Screen of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester widow and executrix of by brother Richard Screen late of Tewkesbury aforesaid hosier deceased – the sum of Twin the Will of my said brother directed to be paid within six calendar months after his decease

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six
