This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Screen of Tewkesbury in the county of Gloucester hosierI give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Ann her heirs executors and administrators and assigns forever
All my Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments and all my money goods chattels effects and personal effects whatsoever – Subject and Chargeable with the payments of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and of £”0 to my Brother James and £10 to my Sister Elizabeth within six calendar months next after my decease And of a further sum of £50 to my said brother James and £20 to my said Sister Elizabeth within six calendar months next after the decease of my said wifeI appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
