This is the final agreement made in the court of Our Sovereign Lord the King at Westminster from Easter Day in 15 days in the 18th year of the reign of King George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King defender of the faith before William DeOrey, Henry Gould, William Blackstone and George Nares, justices of our Lord the King and others then and there present between:

John Fluck plaintiff

Richard Jewell the younger and Mary his wife deforciants

Of 2 Messuages, 1 Stable, 2 Gardens and Common of Pasture for all manner of cattle with the appurtenances in Tewkesbury

Whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the same court – that is to say – that the aforesaid Richard and Mary have acknowledged the aforesaid Tenement and Common of Pasture with the appurtenances to be the right of him the said John as those which the said John hath of the gift of the aforesaid Richard and Mary and those they have remised and quitclaimed from them the said Richard and Mary and their heirs forever

And moreover the said Richard and Mary have granted for them the heirs of the said Richard that they will warrant to the aforesaid John and his heirs the aforesaid Tenement and Common of Pasture with the appurtenances against them the said Richard and Mary the heirs of the said Richard forever

And further the said Richard and Mary have granted for them and the heirs of the said Mary that they will warrant to the aforesaid John his heirs the aforesaid Tenement and Common of Pasture with the appurtenances against them the said Richard and Mary and the heirs of the said Mary forever

And for this acknowledgement, remise and quitclaim, warranty, fine and agreement – he, the said John hath given to the aforesaid Richard and Mary £100 sterling
