2. Sarah Jones of Tewkesbury widow 

Witnesseth that the said Richard Bubb for 5s-0d to him paid by said Sarah Jones (receipt acknowledged) – Richard Bubb hath granted bargained and sold to Sarah Jones

All that Messuage or Tenement and Garden with appurtenances situate in Tewkesbury in the High Street alias Oldbury Street now in the possession of Richard Bubb having
A Messuage or Tenement now in the possession of James Kingsbury on the North Side
A Messuage or Tenement now in the possession of Bartholomew Sweet on the South Side

Together with all the houses outhouses etc etc 

To Have and to Hold all the said several Messuage or Tenement and Premises unto said Sarah Jones forever
