Indenture dated 23rd June 1714 between:-

  1. William Arnold of Cheltenham apothecary
  2. Ralph Jones innholder
  3. William Ridler and Mary his wife
  4. John Sturmy of Cheltenham mercer

Reciting that by indenture of 21st November 1709 with proviso there was default made and so now due and owing is £109-10s-0d

A further sum of £30-10s-0d was requested so now £140 was to be repaid by 20th December next
