This Indenture made 19th November 1891 between- Frederick James Brown of Tewkesbury solicitor
- William Tennant Jeynes of the City of Gloucester engine fitter and Edwin William Edgwick of Tewkesbury coal merchant
And supplemental to an Indenture of mortgage dated 8th October 1879 made between: Francis Jelleyman on the first part and Robert Beaumont on the second part and hereinafter called the Principal Indenture
To the Will and Codicil of Robert Beaumont dated 20th April 1878 and 6th May 1882 respectively and proved in the Gloucester District Registry on 1st April 1885
And to the Will of James Francis Prosser dated 4th November 1886 and proved in the Gloucester District Registry by Frederick James Brown on 5th July 1889
Whereas the sum of £160 is still owing on the security of the Principal Indenture –
And Whereas said William Tennent Jeynes and Edwin William Edgwick are now jointly entitled in equity to said sum of £160 and interest thereon and all securities for the same - the said William Tennent Jeynes and Edwin William Edgwick have requested the said Frederick James Brown to execute the transfer following
Now this Indenture Witnesseth that in consideration of the premises the said Frederick James Brown as legal representative of the said Robert Beaumont deceased, assigns to the said William Tennent Jeynes and Edwin William Edgwick the said principal sum of £160 and all other moneys due or owing or to become due and owing under the said principal indenture and the full benefit of the said Indenture to hold all the premises to the said William Tennent Jeynes and Edwin William Edgwick absolutely
And the said Frederick James Brown as mortgagee grants and conveys to said William Tennent Jeynes and Edwin William Edgwick and their heirs -
ALL THE FREEHOLD HEREDITAMENTS described in or otherwise subject to the principal indenture – To hold to the use of said William Tennent Jeynes and Edwin William Edgwick their heirs and assigns in fee simple with the powers to the equities affecting the same by virtue of the principal indenture
