Reply – The property is subject to an ancient Quit or Sec Rent amounting to 2s-6d per annum

Reply – Not that I am aware of
  1. Are any wires or cables for telegraph, telephone, electric lighting or any other purposes attached or laid under or over the property sold or any part thereof? If so, are they so attached or laid under some easement or irrevocable agreement or by irrevocable licence or permission?

Reply – No
  1. Are any of the walls bounding the premises party walls?
Reply – I have no information as to the ownership of the boundary walls
