(3) Extract from Will of James Hawling – proved 26th January 1754

Extracted from the Registry of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury

In the Will of John Hawling late of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester gentleman deceased dated 28th March 1750 is as follows:-

And I hereby constitute and appoint all my said nephews and nieces to be my executors and executrixes of this my last Will and Testament

Proved at London 26th January 1754 before the Judge by the oath of the Reverend Samuel Wolley clerk, Mary Wolley, Elizabeth Wolley, Ann Wolley, Sarah Wolley, and Margaret Wolley spinsters the executors to whom admon was granted being first sworn by Commission duly to administer
