This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles James Bennett of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester gentleman

I give devise and bequeath All my Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever 
And also all my goods, chattels, debts, monies, securities for money and other personal estate unto my cousins
William Henry James now of Abergavenny in the County of Monmouth architect and John Dimery Phillips of Doncaster in the County of York commercial traveller their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively UPON TRUST as soon as conveniently may be after my decease either by Public Auction or Private Contract or otherwise in such manner as they shall think most expedient to sell and dispose of my said Real estate and all such parts of my said personal estate as shall consist of moneys or securities

And I further declare that the receipt of the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will for the purchase money of my Real Estate or any part thereof or for any other moneys received under the Trusts of this my Will shall effectually discharge the person or persons paying the same from all responsibility with respect to the application thereof

And I appoint the said William Henry James and John Dimery Phillips joint executors of this my Will in testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand this 16th July 1860
