Indenture of Lease for a year dated 20th December 1726 between:-

  1.  John Mansell of Evesham Worcestershire baker and Sarah his wife – one of the daughters and heir of Richard Kings late of Tewkesbury maltster deceased
  2.  Henry Welsh of Tewkesbury maltster 

Indenture of Release of above dated 21st December 1726 between:-

  1. John Mansell of Evesham Worcestershire baker and Sarah his wife – one of the daughters and heir of Richard Kings late of Tewkesbury maltster deceased
  2. Henry Welsh of Tewkesbury maltster

Witness that for £200 paid by Henry Welsh to John Mansell and Sarah his wife – they have sold to Henry Welsh –

ALL THAT MESSUAGE or tenement with appurtenances and One Garden thereunto belonging in Tewkesbury in a certain street there called the High Street and now in possession or occupation of John Clyfton the younger – between a Messuage of Richard Symonds on North and Messuage of Widow Clyfton on South and extending in length from said street on the forepart to a field called Oldbury Field on the hinder part with all the appurtenances etc – to have and to hold unto said Henry Welsh
